The Best Practice Group is carefully monitoring the situation regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, and would like to clarify a few things regarding the auditing process as we move into an uncertain time.
The health and safety of our clients and our own staff members remains a top priority for the management team, but we also understand the need for your organisation to either retain or attain its certification programs.
That’s why we’ve decided not to stop our audits. However, we are encouraging our clients to consider our E-auditing functions to continue the certification process.
If your organisation is concerned about the potential spread of the virus, E-audits are a risk-free means of getting your company assessed in a short timeframe. If, however, you prefer the one-on-one experience with an assessor, we’re committed to maintaining this as an option as you continue to work with Best Practice.
We encourage you to get in contact with your assessor for a discussion around this topic, and to also get in touch with our Service Delivery Manager, Emily Parkis who is contactable via mobile on 0428386049 and via email at email@example.com.
Internally, we’ve implemented several policies in-line with the World Health Organisation’s guidelines to mitigate the virus’ potential to spread within the Best Practice Group, with the majority of our assessors already working on a remote basis practicing a high level of hygiene.
We will be consistently reviewing the viability of this decision as more news becomes available, and will keep our clients updated on any decision we make.
CEO and Director of the Best Practice Group.
